Please fill out our Traveler Questionnaire – a simple Google form – to share some more info about your preferences and requests. Our tours are small and personalized and we appreciate any info you provide.
Onward Travel requires a signed COVID-19 Waiver of Liability form which you can view here. Hard copies will be provided for your signature by your Tour Director on the first day of the tour.
PRE TRIP NOTES
Onward will snail mail luggage tags and pre-travel notes (including arrival and departure logistics, a traveler directory, and packing notes) one to two months before your tour.
At that time we’ll also remind you of any Covid testing requirements that might apply and encourage you to download WhatsApp (we use this international messaging app to communicate on tour).
A week before your tour, we’ll email a detailed daily itinerary for your reference and hand out a final hard copy when your adventure commences.
We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. You may also have trip insurance through your credit card. We can assist with general questions but to enroll or get specifics, contact Travelex directly. Please use Onward’s location number 32-0704.
Please review Travelex’s COVID policies. In a nutshell, it does cover you if you or a family member contracts COVID before or during the tour, but it does not cover global events (i.e. a travel ban) or cancellation because of fear of travel. Read more here: www.travelexinsurance.com/covid19.
We really like the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve for a travel credit card. It’s very easy to redeem points, you get access to airport lounges around the world, no foreign transaction fees, trip insurance, etc! We have no incentive for recommending this, just a helpful tip!

~Credit card payments are happily accepted but a nonrefundable 3% fee applies. Payments may be made by clicking below and the fee will be automatically applied.
Please confirm your tour is a “go” before booking nonrefundable airfare. Once you book, please email a copy of your itinerary to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The wait to get a new or renewed passport is currently about 8–11 weeks. Make sure your passport has at least 3-6 months validity beyond your date of travel. View the US Department of State’s travel site for more info.
We hope your plans don’t change, but in the event they do please take note of the cancellation policy. We include the policy on the tour registration form and you can view general terms below.
